When I work on artist books, they are usually long-term, ongoing projects until the pages of each book are finally filled. Now, because most of my collage work focus on using my own material, painted paper, I am using up all my old ephemera in these books. While I archive the mail art I receive, some of it is finding its way into the books I am working on, particularly the artist stamps and decorative envelopes.
